1) You play it safe

You often try convince yourself that you should be grateful for ‘okay’ even though you’re not happy. You’re afraid to take risks or try new things.

2) You always say ‘someday’

You have an idea of what would make you happy in life but you procrastinate a lot and tend to put things on hold. You intentionally make a lot of excuses to avoid taking any action.

3) You play the blame game

Instead of doing something about your life, you focus on blaming yourself, your past mistakes, and other people for ending up where you are now.

4) You wait for things to happen

You don’t make things happen. You only get out of your comfort zone and take risks when you don’t have any other choice.

5) You believe you can’t without even trying

You lack confidence and decline new opportunities because you think you’re not good enough. You haven’t updated your resume in years because you think no one would hire you.

6) You give up too easily

You give up at the first sign of struggle. You can’t handle challenges and only want to do things that are easy.

You spend more time complaining about your life than being grateful for what you have. You whine about work, your love life, family, and everything in between.

Watching TV series for hours. Drinking excessively. Depending on holiday trips to keep you sane. You always feel like you need to escape and often imagine living a different life.

Your mind is always full of ideas, thoughts, and worries yet you hardly take any action. You spend most of your time thinking and feeling overwhelmed.
